If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or a different color, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect along with your order number and a description of the issue. Once we have reviewed the information, we will arrange for a replacement within 10 business days. Please note, change of mind policy does not apply, and refunds will not be issued.
